This is what you'll be eating:
Spanish Frittata with Steamed Vegetables: Potato, spring onion, capsicum, parsley and feta served with steamed broccoli, carrots and snow peas.
Lamb with Buckwheat Pasta & Garden Salad: Sliced lamb steak cooked in an aromatic tomato based sauce mixed through gluten free buckwheat pasta topped with parsley & parmesan. Served with a seasonal salad.
Lime & Chilli Chicken Fried Rice: Brown fried rice with chicken, broccoli, bok choy, green beans, carrots, cabbage and spring onion with fresh lime and extra chilli on top.
