This is what you'll be eating:
Chicken Stir Fry with Biodynamic Brown Rice: Ginger and chilli stir fry chicken with capsicum, broccoli, carrot and bean sprouts on a bed of brown rice.
Rice Paper Rolls: Chicken rice paper rolls with cucumber, carrots, bean shoot, capsicum and avocado with a homemade peanut dipping sauce.
Salmon Noodles: Grilled salmon fillet served with a fresh vermicelli noodle salad.
