This is what you'll be eating:
Vietnamese Tofu Noodles: Vermicelli noodles tossed with organic tofu, tamari, mint, chilli, tahini, cucumber, carrots and peanuts.
Chicken, Quinoa, Feta & Roasted Vegetable Salad: Roasted pumpkin, eggplant served with quinoa, chicken breast, spinach, walnuts and feta cheese.
Naked Cheeseburger with Baked Sweet Potato Chips: Organic beef patties served in a lettuce leaf with cheddar cheese, mayo, tomatoes, pickles and dijon mustard with sweet potato chips on the side.
