The Dornauf family has farmed dairy cows in the Meander Valley for three generations and this experience has enabled them to understand how the seasonal variations of milk can alter the flavour and texture of their cream.
Pure Meander Valley Double Cream is produced in small batches using a traditional technique. The seasonal variations require subtle adjustments during production which allow for a consistent, premium product. The cream is naturally thick with a rich creamy flavour that will delight as the silky smooth textures melt in your mouth.
