Description
A sharp sugo with chilli and parsley. From sun-ripened, in-house tomatoes with very little salt. The cherry tomatoes used for this give the sugo a slight sweetness.Only in August is the Passata di pomodoro prepared from sun-ripened, in-house tomatoes. These and many other special features are part of the normal everyday life of the traditional production of Don Antonio from Abruzzo. In addition to the classic soffritto, fresh herbs and garlic or spicy chilli are processed for the ready-to-use Sugo.

Pulp of tomato and cherry tomato puree 99%, extra virgin olive oil, chili 1%, garlic, sea salt, parsley, pepper, acidifier: citric acid.
