Andrew’s bacon is beautifully balanced, invoking buttery, salty and smoky notes that harmonize to develop a well-rounded flavour, further complimented by the natural sweetness of 100% Aussie Pork. Made using rindless pork loin, with a short tail from the belly, it's leaner than streaky bacon. The loins are cured with a signature blend of spices, before being naturally smoked over smoldering beachwood to produce the captivating aromas and irresistible flavour we all know and love.
