Our pasta is made using traditional Italian pasta making methods with a high protein Australian durum wheat semolina, Australian free-range eggs, locally sourced produce and premium meats. We use ingredients you would at home!

Durum Wheat Semolina Flour, Ricotta cheese (29%) (whey, milk, salt, acidity regulator 260)), Water, Free range egg (4%), Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour, yeast, Iodised sea salt, rye flour, malt barley flour, water, Vitamin (Thiamine, Folate)), Onion, Vegetable Fibre, Spinach (1%), Salt, White pepper, Nutmeg. Contains gluten, egg and milk.

About Il Nonno

Ours was a childhood of dirty aprons and dough-crusted hands. The kitchen table was our classroom. Papa` was our teacher – just like his papa` before him. When we argued over whose turn it was to knead, he always found an important job for each of his daughters.
For more than 60 years of pasta making, it used to be the men in the family who led the charge, but now it’s the girls’ turn to run the business.

Il Nonno produces Artisan pasta for retail and wholesale customers. We are proudly family owned and 100% Australian made. Our pasta is made with a high protein Australian Semolina that is produced through sustainable farming methods and Australian free range eggs (Website)
