Herbs including turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon, have traditionally been used synergistically to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation and offer powerful antioxidant properties. This blend has a warming and naturally stimulating quality, with sweet hints of honey bush and cinnamon. This blend is caffeine free.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Cassia), Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis)*, Honeybush (Cyclopia intermedia), Ginger (Zingiber Officinale)*, Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum)* *Fair trade ingredients. Due to a worldwide shortage in vanilla, this blend currently does not contain any vanilla pieces.
