Meander Valley Dairy is a family owned business that specialises in the production of premium cream and dairy products. The Dornauf family has farmed dairy cows in the Meander Valley for three generations and this experience has enabled them to understand how the seasonal variations of milk can alter the flavour and texture of their cream.
Pure Meander Valley Dairy Crème Fraîche is produced in small batches using specially selected cultures that naturally thicken the cream. This process ripens the cream and allows for a luxurious, smooth and creamy product with a magnificent tangy flavour and delicate finish.
