Made by Oliver Edwards in Castlemaine VIC, this Shoyu is made from rescued mushrooms and home-grown Koji. It's nutrient and umami dense, without being salty or heavy. A perfect way to boost your homemade broths and soups, or used just like regular soy sauce when seasoning.
