Outback Academy's Organic Coffee, Red Dust, is a magical mix of Fairtrade organic beans first tasted with approval by Outback Academy Australia and tribal Elders at the Jasper Coffee Roastery in 2014. Red Dust recognises the layers of taste from the multitude of flavours requested by a group of Elders. It's a blend of 5 origin Fairtrade Organic beans of great diversity in taste and character. Its flavour is zesty, earthy and malty. This fairtrade certified coffee is certified organic, chemical and pesticide-free, espresso-roasted, and ethically sourced, just as coffee should be! It's also 100% carbon offset using mechanisms under the Verified Carbon Standard. It's sun-dried and shade-grown under a mixed forest canopy, providing a habitat for wildlife.
