Description

Saint Agur is a brand of soft-ripened, blue-veined cheese made with cow’s milk. It combines the strength of blue cheese with the mildness of a very creamy texture. It has no rind because it is wrapped in aluminum foil, but it has an irregular, moist surface. Its moist, crumbly paste is cream-colored, dotted with holes and mottled with dark bluish gray.
