Description
A gorgeous balance of slow-cooked chicken in a tomato, zucchini and eggplant sauce. The addition of lemon juice and capers gives the sauce a slight tang. The main component is served on a small bed of spiral pasta and finished with goats cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
