Meatballs with homemade capsicum sauce
Ingredients:
2 capsicums
1 jar passata
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
A handful of basil
Homemade or store-bought meatballs
Method:
1. Chop onion, garlic and capsicums and fry together in a pan on high heat.
2. Add in tomatoes, a sprinkle of sea salt and passata.
3. Remove from pan and blend together.
4. Fry off meatballs and add in capsicum sauce.
5. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
